The Flame King's roar echoed across the sky above City of Stars, his demigod-level aura spreading in every direction without restraint.
In the past, if any vicious beast had dared to run wild in City of Stars, the demigod stationed there by the Constellation Empire would have appeared long ago.
Even if the Constellation Empire's demigod had not shown himself, the Domain Divine Hall and some of the Constellation Empire's titled Legends from the great clans would not have stood by and watched.
But now...
The six demigods of the Constellation Empire's royal family had all been wiped out, not one left alive. The four demigods of the Domain Divine Hall had followed in the royal family's footsteps. Even the Lord Lineage and the Royalist Lineage had each lost a demigod. At present, the entire Constellation Empire had only four usable demigods left.
Of those four demigods, two were on the front lines dealing with the crises that the Winged Dragon, Frostswamp, and Granlin might bring, while the other two were either advanced in years or guarding their ancestral grounds, paying no attention to the changing tides of the outside world.
Thus, when the Flame King descended over City of Stars, not a single demigod had charged out to subdue him.
"This is the center of the Northern Lands!"
The Flame King flaunted his strength to his heart's content above the city. His reckless display of his complete form in the Twin Moon World made him feel rather nostalgic.
Although his base was not in the Northern Lands, as a former True God who had spent so long in the Sky Barren World, he felt as uncomfortable as a sea fish forced to live in a pond.
