This meant that the powerhouse from Tian Yuan Territory had indeed just created an Advanced Skill. It was not a fraud, and no one could fake anything before the rules of miracles.
Tilly and the other elves were not surprised by the relatively high similarity.
If anything, a high similarity was only reasonable.
Advanced Skills could not be learned through written text or word of mouth. They contained a certain uniqueness, and were either related to one's bloodline or required a seed of power as a catalyst.
Under such circumstances, even a Legendary powerhouse could not create an entirely new Advanced Skill out of thin air.
An Advanced Skill was bound to have evolved from another Advanced Skill.
Even so, having it recognized by the Heaven and Earth Rules as a new skill was still extraordinary.
