The Struggle for Authority, the Eternal Path Has Only One (4K)

The Eternal World was progressing, with all the major nations advancing.

The Seven Cities Federation had more than one True King born among them, yet they remained exceptionally low-key.

In the past, putting a True King in the public eye could have won the federation considerable benefits. But now, there were already quite a few True Kings openly standing among the various Universal factions.

At a time like this, having a True King step into the spotlight would not win them much from the table. Instead, it would draw the attention of the other True Kings.

All the nations were biding their time and hiding their strength.

The various Universal Forces were no different.

Only, these Universal Forces were mostly pursuing that supreme opportunity.

It was not that they did not want to pursue other things.

Even super-first-rate forces like Heaven and the Beastmen Alliance had their eyes fixed on the remnants of the Universal Grade. But... the various Saints within their factions naturally still had to look to themselves.

The faction was the faction, and oneself was oneself.

They hoped for their factions to grow stronger, but of course, they craved even more to wield greater might themselves.

Saints yearned to step into the Great Realm. Great Lords longed to ascend the throne of the True King. True Kings, too, desired that ethereal Eternal Realm.

However,

Even within super-first-rate forces, Saints could obtain clear paths forward. Yet at their level, taking another step remained incredibly difficult.
