United States, somewhere in a military base.
Inside a grand hall stood a table in the center. A Black man in a suit sat at the southern end, with senior officers on either side of him. At the northern end were ten giant screens.
Each giant screen displayed the flag of a different country, with that country's leader seated before it.
"Mr. President!" An officer looked toward the Black president seated at the head of the hall.
The Black president gazed at the giant screens before him, his expression grave. "I apologize for disturbing you all, but we had no choice. Earth has reached its most critical moment. Originally, we intended to resolve this ourselves, but even now, we still have no way to begin. We have convened this meeting of national leaders in hopes of sharing the bad news we've received with all of you!"
Across from him, the leaders of the ten countries all looked at the American president curiously.
"Two days ago, our astronauts stationed on the moon were attacked by extraterrestrials!" the American president said.
"Extraterrestrials?"
"An extraterrestrial attack?"
