Chapter Eleven: Master

"Old man, why waste your breath on him? You, the one surnamed Ye—we came to reclaim the 'Immortal Stele' passed down from my ancestor. I know it's in the Eternal Youth Realm. Hand it over, and I'll give you benefits!" Hao Meili said arrogantly.

"Immortal Stele? Your ancestor? Hao Tian?" Ye Qingcheng raised a brow.

"So what?" Hao Meili replied.

"Myriad Evil Body? Immortal Stele?" Ye Qingcheng frowned slightly.

"Go. Inform the Supreme Elder, the Curse Demon Master. Ask him to come here!" Ye Qingcheng ordered with a frown.

"Yes!" One of the men behind him nodded and entered the Eternal Youth Realm.

Before long, a man dressed in clothes even more dazzling than the Western Poison Emperor's walked out. His eyes narrowed into slits, their corners long and slanted, resembling the eyes of a Demon Fox. His pupils, however, were strangely shaped like a cat's eyes. His face was unnaturally pale, as though coated in white powder.

The moment the man arrived at Ye Qingcheng's summons, he fixed his gaze on Hao Meili.

"Myriad Evil Body? What an unsurpassed evil physique. What a pity—the Myriad Evil Body is feared and envied by Heaven. Its bearer can never live past a hundred years!" the Evil Man said in a neither-male-nor-female voice.

The voice alone was eerie beyond words.

"Supreme Elder!" another person behind Ye Qingcheng called out.

"You're the Curse Demon Master?" Hao Meili asked.

"No, that can't be. You're clearly over a hundred. How did you live beyond your allotted lifespan?" The Curse Demon Master suddenly arched his brows.

"How old I am is none of your business!" Hao Meili snapped impatiently.

"Supreme Elder, this goes back fifty thousand years. Fifty thousand years ago, a bearer of the Myriad Evil Body broke free of the restriction!" Ye Qingcheng explained.
