Sage Zhunti and Sage Jieyin set out to confront Tongtian over the Western Sect’s destruction, while Tongtian returned to Lintong Pass and killed Real Person Yellow Dragon, the last of the Twelve Golden Immortals. The Interception Sect disciples witnessed Tongtian’s growing killing intent as he turned his attention to the Investiture of the Gods List.

• Sage Zhunti insisted on seeking revenge against Tongtian, and Sage Jieyin agreed to accompany him despite warning of the danger.
• Goddess Nüwa watched the Western Two Sages depart and judged that they were heading to their deaths instead of rebuilding the Western Sect.
• Tongtian returned to Lintong Pass and asked his disciples whether they had seen Real Person Yellow Dragon, but none had.
