An Ancient Story

The Golden Moon stopped at the edge of the divine kingdom, specifically above the treetop that pierced into the plane barrier. Stars and starlight from within the plane barrier surrounded the canopy, and the Golden Crow God brought Fang Xiu into the divine kingdom to meet the Arcane Spirit Dominator.

This deity seemed to have already fused her body with her mythical body, or perhaps she had been in a deep slumber for a very long period of ages and had not walked out of this divine kingdom.

Fang Xiu stepped onto the divine hall, watching the sleeping elven goddess. The huge palace was built upon a floating island, and the goddess's body curled up inside the palace, completely filling the internal space.

With Fang Xiu's arrival, she finally slowly opened her eyes, stretched lazily, and sat up, looking at Fang Xiu and the Golden Crow God standing on the stairs suspended in midair.

There was not the slightest bit of ceremony, nor any regard for etiquette; it was completely as she pleased.

"Alright! You're here? Is there something you need me for?"

"Also, Golden Crow, I've forgotten some of what you said last time."

The Golden Crow God stepped forward, the golden ring on her hem clinking to make a sound: "Your Excellency Fang Xiu wishes to embark once more on the journey to find the Eternal Ark. I wish to help Your Excellency Fang Xiu accomplish such a great and magnificent feat."

After listening, Your Excellency Arcane Spirit instantly yawned, becoming listless: "So it's just this. Have you two still not given up?"
