The Bell Tolls

The thirty-sixth lower realm of the Tai Tan Realm was the kingdom of the dwarves. Apart from dwarves, no other races could be seen.

The dwarves here were divided into dozens of nations, large and small, yet they all worshiped the same deity—Silver Tai Tan God. Compared with the other realms of the Tai Tan Realm, this realm was more open and civilized.

Silver Tai Tan God had not suppressed the dwarves' pursuit of knowledge. Instead, he had allowed their metallurgy and alchemy to develop and innovate without end.

Alchemical furnaces rose from the ground one after another. The towns had a rugged style, but they possessed broad roads and towering stone buildings. Airships could occasionally be seen passing through the sky, while tens of thousands of dwarves within the cities wore proper clothing and produced all kinds of alchemical creations.

This was a flourishing dwarven alchemical civilization, hardly a rare sight in the Endless Spacetime.

However, tracing the history of this realm back as far as possible only took one to a hundred thousand years—far too short to match the ancient age of the Tai Tan Realm.

Throughout the entire Tai Tan Realm, an apocalypse was carried out once every era. More mortals were prevented from kindling divine fire and becoming deities, while the order of the existing deities was disrupted and reorganized.

This was the law established by the God of Gods, Storm Tai Tan God. It was not only meant to preserve the unchanging order of the Tai Tan gods' rule, but also to suppress the power of the Tai Tan gods so it would not exceed his control.

Storm Tai Tan God had never left the Tai Tan Realm, and he also restricted the other Titans and the life-forms of the Tai Tan Realm from leaving.
