After Uchiha Obito left, Black Zetsu said, "It looks like that man has no intention of reviving Uchiha Madara. Then we can only carry out the other plan." After saying that, Zetsu's body sank into the ground as the earth beneath his feet rippled like water.
Inside an underground cave, rows of coffins stood upright. A figure was working there—it was Yakushi Kabuto, whom no one had seen for quite some time. Though he was still Yakushi Kabuto, he now looked much more like Orochimaru. Yakushi Kabuto had injected Orochimaru's cells into his own body.
Seeing Zetsu emerge from the ground, the busy Yakushi Kabuto smiled faintly and asked, "Have they already set out?"

Zetsu took out a small bottle and said, "This contains Uchiha Madara's genetic material." He tossed the bottle to Yakushi Kabuto, who caught it. His eyes immediately lit up. Who was Uchiha Madara? He was the man who had founded Konoha alongside the First Hokage, and his strength had been overwhelmingly powerful. Yakushi
