Suddenly, a series of screams came from behind him. When he turned around, he saw another scene of carnage. At some point, Zabuza had appeared there. He charged through the remaining men, cutting them down until the last one fell.
Zabuza stood before Kado, covered in blood. Kado was utterly terrified. Only now did he understand how frightening ninja truly were.
"N-No... don't... don't kill me! Don't you want money? I can give you lots of money!" Kado said, staring at Zabuza in terror.
"Ninja are not to be insulted by someone like you." With that, Zabuza swung his blade and severed Kado's head.
He glanced at Chen Fan and Haku, then turned and vanished from the spot with the Body Flicker Technique. Haku opened her mouth as though she wanted to say something, but Zabuza was already gone.
Chen Fan walked over to Haku and said, "I don't know what your definition of life is, but there are many orphans in this world. I'm one too.
