Chen Fan defeated the Danger Beasts threatening the Imperial Capital, then entered a new world and joined Kusanagi Godou and Erica Blandelli as a conflict between gods threatened an island. The arc ends with Chen Fan stepping in to fight Melqart and Verethragna after they attacked Erica.

• The Minister used the Horn of the King to summon Danger Beasts, and Chen Fan killed the Minister before the horn summoned more beasts and Gurren Rati arrived.
• Chen Fan awakened his pseudo-divine core, defeated Gurren Rati, and helped the soldiers and residents clear the Imperial Capital of Danger Beasts.
• The Empire began rebuilding under a parliamentary system, and Chen Fan took the girls with him through a spatial passage to another world.
• Chen Fan met Kusanagi Godou and Erica Blandelli, then stopped the Disobedient God’s giant boar from attacking them.
• Erica brought Chen Fan and Godou to Lucrezia Zola, who explained the Prometheus Grimoire and the powers called Authorities.
• A storm signaled Melqart’s arrival, and Erica warned that a God War threatened the island’s civilians.

Chen Fan became humanity’s Seventh King after killing Verethragna and Melqart, then defeated Salvatore Doni and Athena. He spared Athena, who stayed with him to recover, while Luo Cuilian learned that Chen Fan remained in Italy and resolved to teach him a lesson.

• Chen Fan defeated Verethragna and Melqart, gained their Authorities, and Erica pledged herself to him as his knight.
• Chen Fan traveled to Rome with Erica, accepted the Italian Magic Association’s request to protect the Gorgon Stone, and defeated Erica in a test of strength.
• Chen Fan defeated Salvatore Doni in the Colosseum, while Andre Rivera carried the injured Sword King away and the Italian leaders agreed to recognize Chen Fan as the Seventh King.
• Athena appeared to reclaim the Gorgon Stone, and Chen Fan agreed to fight her on an uninhabited island after Erica warned that her restored form could bring the Starless Night.
• Chen Fan returned the Gorgon Stone to Athena, who restored her original form and fought him with her divine powers.

Chen Fan traveled to China, fought Luo Cuilian, and became her husband after surviving Lü Dongbin’s sword trial. He then went to Japan to stop Voban’s planned god-summoning, where he met the traumatized miko Maruya Yuri and faced growing concern over Athena.

• Erica persuaded Chen Fan to visit China, where Yang Han and Lu Yinghua escorted him to Luo Cuilian’s retreat on Mount Lu.
• Chen Fan fought Luo Cuilian and defeated her, then later found her bathing and won her affection after kissing her.
• Chen Fan and Athena met Lü Dongbin, who challenged Chen Fan and promised Luo Cuilian’s hand in marriage if he survived the duel.
• Chen Fan withstood Lü Dongbin’s Three Swords Severing Karma, and Lü Dongbin passed his swordsmanship to Luo Cuilian before arranging their marriage.
• Erica told Chen Fan that Voban planned to summon a Disobedient God, so Chen Fan traveled to Japan with Erica, Arianna, and Athena.
• Kasukabe Touma brought Chen Fan’s group to meet Maruya Yuri, who revealed that Voban’s previous summoning ritual had killed every miko but her.
• Voban ordered Liliana to bring him Maruya Yuri, while Yuri warned Chen Fan that Athena was dangerous after Athena kissed him and threatened to capture him.
• Chen Fan told Athena to stop joking and challenged her to defeat him fairly as a god.

Chen Fan killed Voban and Perseus, then returned to Japan to investigate the sealed Great Sage Equal to Heaven. He agreed to take on the plan to release the Great Sage, while Seiouin Ena joined his household and clashed with the other women over their relationship with him.

• Liliana arrived under Voban’s orders to capture Maruya Yuri, but Chen Fan confronted Voban and killed him after surviving his attacks and destroying his Authorities.
• Chen Fan spared Liliana and offered her protection, and she swore loyalty to him before returning to Italy with him and the others.
• Chen Fan shattered the Hera Stone Pillar, releasing a dragon and summoning Perseus, whom Chen Fan killed after Athena absorbed the dragon.
• Luo Cuilian explained that she wanted to release the sealed Great Sage Equal to Heaven and reclaim the Authorities Voban had taken from the Three Thunder Gods, and Chen Fan agreed to investigate.
• Chen Fan traveled to Japan and told Saya no Kō that he would take the Great Sage to his world to fight, while promising to protect the country from future Disobedient Gods.
• Saya no Kō presented Seishouin Ena as an attendant, and Ena declared that she wanted to become Chen Fan’s wife, and Chen Fan accepted her request.
• Ena introduced herself to Erica, Liliana, and Maruya Yuri as Chen Fan’s wife, and Chen Fan stopped their ensuing argument by flicking each woman on the forehead.
