After a while, Su Chen sensed a monster approaching him. The corner of his mouth curled into a wicked smile.

Su Chen guessed as much, then opened his eyes.

The tiger demon fleeing toward Su Chen was being hunted by humans.
But when it spotted a monster resting with its eyes closed against a tree, it immediately ran that way.

Su Chen watched the tiger come right up to him.
The tiger demon immediately called out for help. "Brother, please save me! I'm about to be killed by that pack of human bastards!"
Hearing the tiger's plea, Su Chen slowly rose to his feet. He looked at the tiger and said coolly, "Then come stand behind me."
