"Mm-hmm, Dad. Yinuo and I came back together." Though Su Zihan really wanted to see the giant lobster right now, she knew the most important thing was to let Dad and Yinuo meet and acknowledge each other first.
She immediately took Su Chen by the arm and, beaming with delight, led him outside.
Su Yinuo was in the living room. She had just changed into her slippers when she heard Su Zihan and Su Chen talking in the kitchen.
She knew Su Chen was about to come out.
All at once, she grew nervous.
Especially when she saw Su Chen walk out of the kitchen. She blinked nervously, unsure what to do with her hands.
She tucked them behind her back and stood ramrod straight.
Just like an elementary school student who'd been suddenly called on by the teacher and had stood up to answer.

Following behind Su Chen, Su Zihan saw Su Yinuo like this and stifled a laugh.
In her eyes, her second sister had always been fearless.
She'd pick fights with heaven, earth, and even thin air.

"Nuonuo!" Su Chen called out excitedly.
Su Yinuo nodded.
Su Zihan bounced over to her side, nudged her with an elbow, and reminded her with a grin, "Call him Dad."
"Dad." Su Yinuo couldn't bring herself to look Su Chen in the eye as she said it. She focused on the wall instead.
Su Chen was overjoyed. He strode up to Su Yinuo and hugged her, answering loudly, "Yes! Dad's right here."
Though Su Yinuo had called him Dad many times at noon, he'd thought she was his eldest daughter then.
Later, when he realized she was his second daughter, he'd been afraid they would both feel awkward, so he hadn't said anything.
Now, this was the first time Su Yinuo had truly called him "Dad."
The feeling was completely different.
It was as if, after all the twists and turns, he'd finally reunited with his second daughter.
His eyes were burning, and tears were about to spill over.
He held them back. He couldn't lose control in front of his daughter.
He hugged his second daughter tightly, patted her back, then let her go and smiled. "Nuonuo, go play with Hanhan in the living room. Dad's going to make you something tasty in the kitchen."
"It'll be ready soon."
With that, Su Chen quickly wiped his eyes and turned to go into the kitchen.
Su Zihan knew Dad needed a moment alone to process his emotions, so she didn't follow him right away.
Instead, she took Su Yinuo's hand and led her into the living room, smiling as she said, "See? Dad likes you no matter what you wear."
Su Yinuo was secretly delighted, but she still lifted her chin haughtily and sat on the sofa, looking cool and cocky with one leg crossed over the other. "Of course Dad likes a daughter as full of personality as me. You didn't need to tell me that."
"Yes, yes. Everyone who sees our Nuonuo loves her, and flowers bloom when they see her. So when Dad mistook her for someone else, she just went along with it." Su Zihan covered her mouth and giggled softly.
Su Yinuo grabbed a throw pillow and tossed it at Su Zihan. Her little face flushed. "Don't talk about that anymore."
It was so embarrassing~~
In the living room, the sisters horsed around. In the kitchen, Su Chen turned on the tap, took out his phone, and sent a message to his best friend, Chen Peng: "My second daughter just called me Dad! Hahaha!"
After sending it, he hurriedly wiped away the tears that had fallen.
He was really crying his eyes out.
He sniffed.
Then he smiled at the reflection of himself in the glass.
"I'm a grown man, and I'm still crying. If my daughters see me, they'll make fun of me."

Then he gathered them together.
He stir-fried them in one pot with special lobster seasoning. Before long, the kitchen was filled with the aroma of spicy lobster.
The two girls sitting in the living room watching TV kept glancing toward the kitchen.
Su Zihan suggested, "Nuonuo, why don't we go help Dad in the kitchen?"
"It smells so good. I can hardly wait to eat it."
"We don't know how to cook. Are you sure we're going to help, and not get in the way?" Su Yinuo said.
"We don't know how yet, but we can learn! This morning, I made Dad a bowl of noodles, and he said they were delicious." Su Zihan said proudly.
Su Yinuo immediately put down the remote and headed for the kitchen.

She wanted to learn too!
Watching Su Yinuo's back as she walked toward the kitchen, Su Zihan covered her mouth and giggled. She'd known her second sister couldn't resist being provoked.
Haha, cooking together as a family would be even more fun~
"Nuonuo, wait for me~" She quickly got up and hurried after her.
The sisters entered the kitchen. When Su Chen saw them, he said fondly, "There's a lot of cooking smoke in here. You two should go wait in the living room."
"Dad, I want to help." As Su Yinuo spoke, she rolled up her sleeves, clearly ready to pitch in.
"Dad, I want to help too~~" Su Zihan called sweetly.

Su Chen quickly said, "Don't, Nuonuo. This crab can easily pinch your hand."
"You'd be safer washing the scallions, ginger, and garlic with Hanhan."
Su Yinuo didn't listen. She crouched beside the bucket and reached out boldly to grab one of the king crabs. Its huge pincers shot out at once, ready to pinch her.
Quick as a flash, she grabbed one of the crab's huge pincers in each hand and lifted it out of the bucket.
Then she looked at Su Chen, hoping for praise. "Dad, what do you think? Am I any good at catching crabs?"
She'd caught plenty of crabs in the river when she was little.
She had her own way of dealing with crabs.
Naturally, she wanted to show off a little in front of Dad Su Chen~~
Only after seeing that his daughter had a firm grip on the crab's pincers did Su Chen relax. Smiling, he gave her a thumbs-up and praised her without holding back. "Impressive!"
"Nuonuo, be careful not to let it pinch you while you're cleaning it."
"Use the brush beside the faucet to scrub the crab."
"Once it's clean, use the big scissors to cut off all its legs."
