These secret Treasure Vaults were built across various regions of the Time Star Cluster, and the only person who truly knew every location was the Time Race Tribal Chief.

That was because a theft had occurred in this Treasure Vault, and they needed an expert skilled at Extract Memory. After finding him, they discovered it from the target's memories.
