The Azure Bird's voice was graceful and alluring. She seemed pleased, too, by the appearance of Tao Yu's true form.
Looking at her, Tao Yu reached out and lifted her smooth, delicate chin with a finger. He brushed his thumb against her lips twice and chuckled.
"Are you a little disappointed? Some of the plans you prepared will have to be scrapped and started over."

After a brief pause, she nodded.
