To be honest, the guy was already in bad shape, and he'd probably used up a lot of his resources. If Tao Yu made a move, he could take Saint Ou down for good.

Still, Tao Yu didn't underestimate this Saint who wielded the Flame of Civilization. Even without considering anything else, his strength with the Flame of Civilization was quite impressive.
