The Explorers' visit aboard the Daughter of Plenty was brief. It was impossible to see everything on a starship this massive in a single day; even a quick tour wasn't that simple. And as a military organization, the Sentinel Legion had its own security protocols. Mortals couldn't set foot in many important areas.
Still, the trip hadn't been for nothing.
Besides confirming that the Sentinel Legion had inherited more of the Creator's advanced technology than anyone else and possessed the finest manufacturing capabilities in the universe, the Explorers had also gotten the correct formula for Origin Alloy from the forging sage aboard the ship.
That was a genuinely unexpected delight.
Ever since the bigwigs had encountered the Creator's technology, the greatest headache had undoubtedly been materials science. The Explorers had collected plenty of the Creator's technology by now, including a great many complete blueprints, but their replicas still fell short because they hadn't been able to reproduce a unique foundational material like Origin Alloy.
Now that they finally had a way to make Origin Alloy, they could at last get around the material limitations when replicating the Creator's technology.
Looking further ahead, if they began mass-producing basic Origin Alloy now, then by the time Murphy led people into the final battle at the Heart of the World, they could at least equip every player with a combat exoskeleton. They could finally try making powered armor instead of making do with Halfling alloy.
That stuff didn't have the required hardness or melting point. As a result, the powered-armor prototypes they made could only be used in conflicts between mortals; they couldn't even get close to supernatural beings.
But the forging sage had made the limits clear.
The formula was only a basic smelting guide for Origin Alloy. They couldn't provide the
