"For a butcher like him, this is already an exceptionally merciful way to die.
"But I truly didn't expect Shadowblade to have kept a trick up his sleeve while serving Dusk. He used the power bestowed by the Original Sin to fight Longevity's servants, and it seems to have worked remarkably well."
"So that's why he joined Dusk?"
Adele said:
"Could an executioner like him really have had such noble intentions?"
"Of course not! We can't expect a creature like that to do anything good, but the idea is worth borrowing. After all, the shadows of Chaos aren't exactly united."
