The many blessings of the Three Shadows of Chaos had given him some truly dangerous abilities: the Devourer's corrupting consumption, the Everlasting One's endless regeneration, and Original Sin's unceasing hatred. His mutated body had also gained all sorts of wondrous properties from being washed by the tides of the Sea of Darkness, making him nearly immune to psychic attacks and completely impervious to control effects.
In terms of individual strength alone, the first Greater Daemon of undivided Chaos born in the Age of Chaos was a worthy final boss for the Worldheart instance.
However, even such incredible power looked a little inadequate against Murphy and his six hundred warriors.
What's more, Steiner might have looked fearsome, but he'd just barely survived taking a direct hit from the Scepter of God. How could he possibly still be in peak condition, trading hundreds of blows with these ferocious Otherworlders?
In truth, the moment Murphy applied the combat buffs from Blood River Reflection and Blood Moon Summoning to the players, Steiner's defeat was already inevitable.

Meanwhile, the frenzied melee fighters hacked at him so relentlessly that his body couldn't regenerate fast enough to keep up with the damage.
