"If the city itself poses a risk, maybe we can keep them away from Transia for now, then take them in once the danger has been eliminated."
"It's possible, but it'll take a lot of calculations."
Mannis explained:
"If we time the frequency of the Astral Sea's shifting reflections just right, we can calculate a precise landing point. Then, when you close the Warp rift and punch through the planar boundary to create a passage connecting all three planes, you can transfer them to a suitable location along the way.
