"Ding."
At the survivor camp, Leading Pigeon was discussing the trial and what they should eat that night with the good boys in his dorm when he suddenly heard a delightful sound.
He looked down and saw a quest pop up on his character screen:
Alchemist Class Quest: "Apprentice and Apprentice's Trial" triggered!
Quest details: Triss's Alchemy Hut has encountered an unprecedented crisis. But the great and beautiful Lady Triss is too busy with Blood Eagle Clan affairs to deal with it herself, so she hopes her alchemist apprentices can help her resolve the problem.
Quest objective: Head to Triss's Alchemy Hut immediately and prepare 50 units of Flame Gel and 50 units of Burning Oil!
Tip!
This is a co-op quest. You may complete it alongside other players who aspire to follow the path of alchemy!
Tip!
Maximum number of players who can share this quest: 10.
Time limit: 8 hours.
Quest rewards:
1. Players who have already obtained the "Alchemist Apprentice" class will receive 3 Beginner Alchemy Scrolls and be formally hired as apprentices at Triss's Alchemy Hut, where they can receive personal instruction from the Master Alchemist, Lady Triss.
2. Players who have not yet obtained the "Alchemist Apprentice" class will be assessed on the quality of their finished products to determine whether they qualify for a class change.
"Damn!"
Good Pigeon let out a startled squawk, then showed the quest he'd received to the other good boys. A-Cha's eyes widened.
"The NPCs even delegated the authority to recruit apprentices to you? Holy crap, this game keeps expanding my understanding of what 'freedom' means. And it even has beginner quests for crafting-class changes? I remember a lot of players wanted to pick up secondary professions!
Why not charge a fee?"
"Charge what? Good Pigeon doesn't do that
