The clear chime and the vibration of the calculating orb made Madam Water pause in surprise as she was putting the finishing touches on the design before her. She glanced down, then saw a random event triggered under the third stage of Transia's Dawn main quest, "The Hundred-Day Construction Campaign."
Main Quest Event: "Transia's Great Census" has been triggered!
Event Details: As Transia's ruler shifted his attention from war to domestic affairs, a thorny problem confronted Lord Murphy and his cabinet: the population currently registered and managed by Scarlet Castle amounted to less than a third of the total population still living in Transia!
This chaotic situation was intolerable to Governor Murphy and the Scarlet Castle Administrative Office.
Therefore, while pushing forward the Hundred-Day Construction Campaign, Lord Murphy and Administrator Mirian hoped that warriors from another world would help Transia's severely understaffed civil servants find and register the homeless refugees scattered across the land.
Event Objective: Before the "Hundred-Day Construction" campaign ends, find as many refugees as possible and escort them to Scarlet Castle for registration.
Event Rewards: For every 10 refugees found, receive one Administrative Office Reward Pack containing some gold coins and consumable supplies, and earn 1 Construction Point.
These special points can be used to purchase certain expensive, special items from the Blood Rat Gang's black-market shop, or to increase a player's reputation with a faction in Transia and purchase skill manuals.
Event Duration: Until the "Hundred-Day Construction" campaign ends.
