In the Void Turbulence, black coffins kept plunging down from the sky, surrounding the two gods.
The old woman hunched over and shrank downward, transforming completely into the black giant serpent's tail. Her own form disappeared from view.

Every corpse along its path was instantly swept away.
The black giant serpent was about to flee in that direction when the Soul Screamer blocked its way.
"Trying to leave? Leave that Order Bearer behind!"
The Soul Screamer roared. Its six arms came together and slammed into the giant serpent.
The black giant serpent shuddered from the blow, losing its last chance to break through.
Seeing this, the Soul Screamer seized the chance to tentatively release a mass of gray flame, wiping out a large swath of corpses on the spot.
Once those corpses were erased, their coffins closed again and flew back into the sky.
The Soul Screamer laughed loudly. "I thought you were afraid of something. They're just a bunch of demigod-level corpses, and they've already scared you witless."
As it spoke, more and more coffins opened.
A dense mass of corpses appeared.
Suddenly, a particularly enormous black coffin swung open.
A giant stepped out of it.
