Actually, after the Ghost Lord left, it had sensed that something was amiss.

Although he had seemed calm and spoken with ease and courtesy, and the whole affair had gone off without a hitch, he had arrived too suddenly and left too quickly.

A Chaos Bringer flew up to it and knelt on one knee. "Report! We've thoroughly searched the entire battlefield. Every Abyss Body is dead, and none have been missed!"

Every weapon, piece of armor, and treasure left behind on the battlefield, as well as the corpses of certain unusual Abyss Bodies, was valuable and worth collecting.
