The man spoke. "Of course. Otherwise, I won't be able to control the situation properly."
The prompt appeared in the void again: "Remember, the Highest Sequence will use your boundless merit as a death god of the Six Realms to drive the power of chaos and raise everything about you to the level of the King of Pain, making up for the cost of this expenditure."
"What will happen?" the man asked.
"While you are the King of Pain, the Sequence will continually use your merit from the Six Realms. You will be unable to use the power of that merit," the Highest Sequence replied.
The man released his divine sense and swept it across the vast, boundless World of Gods.
The Earth God's faith was spreading constantly.
The divine power of the Four Pillars Land was also steadily growing.
The man's brow relaxed. "It's fine. At least I still have the Earth God's divine power."
A line of crimson small characters immediately appeared:
"Warning: Beginning transfer of memories and skills."
A golden waterfall abruptly enveloped the man.
It was an extraordinary sensation, as if he had suddenly become someone else and gained possession of everything that person knew.
