Once More, Reunited!
Countless years later.
During a painfully dull introductory class.
Among the many drowsy students, a little boy timidly raised his hand.
The teacher pointed at him. "Do you have a question?"
The little boy stood up, a puzzled look on his face. "Teacher, why are the portraits and statues of the gods naked?"
As soon as he asked, the students perked up.
"Child," the teacher said with a smile, "the gods are pure, supreme, and flawless. Their bodies show us the full extent of such beauty and majesty."
"So that's why the gods can be naked?" the little boy asked, still confused.
"According to the history books, the gods actually had a robe."
"Then—"
"When you start studying ancient history, you'll learn the truth. There's no harm in telling you ahead of time."
"Please tell me, teacher."
The old teacher cleared his throat. "Long ago, the gods held a ceremony in the mortal world, proclaiming their supreme majesty and great power to all living beings... Just as the ceremony was about to end, an angel descended and helped the gods remove that robe from the mortal world."
