"What are you looking at~~" Peony felt Hao Shuai's gaze. Though she couldn't tell what he meant by it, she still instinctively blushed.
"You. You're beautiful."
"Not really~" Peony replied coyly. "I'll go get you something to eat." She lifted her skirt and hurried out of the room.
Hao Shuai wasn't in a rush to find his aunt. Instead, he looked around Peony's room.
The room wasn't very large, and its furnishings were fairly ordinary. But it did have one distinctive feature: pink was the dominant color in its decor, perfectly suited to a young woman's tastes.
Looking at the pink bed in the room, Hao Shuai figured Peony wouldn't be back anytime soon. He took the opportunity to lie down on it, crossed one leg over the other, and rested his chin on his hand as he stared up at the ceiling, his eyes shifting as he considered what to do next:
