Recently, in response to the Duchy of Weissen's maritime strategic needs and to ensure that the Cornflower-class Universal Ships were delivered on schedule, all personnel involved in their construction overcame multiple challenges, including tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and high technical difficulty, with an unprecedented sense of honor and mission. They carried forward the fighting spirit of "fearing no hardship and battling on," working tirelessly for 165 days and nights. Fifteen days ahead of schedule, they successfully completed construction of the Flying Tulip and Flying Cornflower, Cornflower-class Universal Ships. They built advanced vessels the likes of which had never been seen before, set a record for the shortest construction period for ships of their tonnage, and demonstrated the outstanding strength and fighting spirit of the Duchy of Weissen's shipbuilding industry!

The successful delivery of the Cornflower-class Universal Ships not only provided crucial equipment to support the Duchy of Weissen's rapid development, but also strengthened the workforce and secured the construction techniques for the most advanced ships in the world today, writing a new chapter in the history of global navigation.

To recognize outstanding achievements and promote the spirit of hard work, it has been decided, after deliberation, to award certificates of honor and bonuses to the following organizations and individuals:
