Fierce Battle in the Water

Before the great battle was about to break out, a little guy appeared beside Xiao Yang. It was Little Bone.

Little Bone was now wearing a set of tattered leather armor, holding a noticeably smaller white bone spear in one hand and a small, round leather shield in the other, looking exactly like a miniature Skeleton Lancer.

Typically, a single blow from Xiao Yang's club with Heavy Strike would only deal nine or ten damage. At this moment, the Cave Fishmen around Xiao Yang grew restless and uneasy in the light of the Dark Dispelling Lantern, followed by the spread of fear and dread. Soon after, this perilous battle concluded.

The water around Xiao Yang was now filled with the haphazardly strewn corpses of Cave Fishmen. The remaining Cave Fishmen, their courage shattered, retreated in a swarm. Little Bone was already scavenging for loot, fishing out the Rusty Saber Xiao Yang had discarded from the mud.

Xiao Yang leveled up, reaching Level 9. It had been an extremely perilous battle; at its end, Xiao Yang's Health was only ten points.

The flickering flame of the Dark Dispelling Lantern stabilized, signaling the departure of danger. Of course, Xiao Yang himself wanted to climb ashore quickly and leave this cold pool. But glancing around at the floating Cave Fishman corpses, he silently downed a Health Potion and then began looting the bodies alongside Little Bone.

He couldn't bear to miss out on any potential loot.

However, it wasn't a major issue. After this chaotic, fierce battle, Xiao Yang had truly terrified the group of Cave Fishmen. They wouldn't dare to trouble him again before they could bring in stronger allies.

But as long as Xiao Yang had a chance to catch his breath, even if they brought in stronger opponents, Xiao Yang wouldn't be too afraid.

Don't look at Xiao Yang now; he might not have many good skills, no Profession, and his Level isn't high, but he can fight well and is very durable.

After leaving combat, the World Membrane (Health) began to take effect. Xiao Yang's Health started recovering at a rate of 10% per minute. Soon, his condition would be fully restored.
