Since you cannot command it, why can I not use it to compete in fire control? Do not forget that when it was gathered back then, my Sword Hall contributed no small amount of effort as well."
Blade Hall Master's face darkened as he looked toward Old Sect Leader at the side. "Will you not say something? If anything happens to that thing, it will be a tremendous loss to our Weapon Sect."
Old Sect Leader pondered in silence.
Wen Ningsi asked curiously, "What exactly is this thing you are talking about?"
Old Sect Leader gravely uttered four words: "Celestial Thunder Flame!"
"Celestial Thunder Flame?" Wen Ningsi was puzzled. "What is that?"
Old Sect Leader patiently explained, "Like the Five Elements Source Fire you saw in the Treasure Hall, it is a flame gathered from nature itself. The conditions required for Celestial Thunder Flame to form are extremely harsh—it can only possibly be born where the three extreme environments of fire, lightning, and wind are simultaneously present. It is something one may encounter but cannot seek."
Blade Hall Master echoed from the side, "This ball of Thunder Flame was discovered by chance long ago, when a squad of our sect's disciples encountered danger while traveling. Only after joining the strength of both halls and spending several years did we manage to gather back a wisp of its origin flame and cultivate it within the Refining Room."
"Borrowing its power, our sect has forged quite a number of artifacts nearing the Heavenly grade over the years. This is an important asset tied to our sect's development and must not be allowed to suffer any mishap."
