He Yan was speaking with a face full of admiration when a tremendous boom suddenly rang out from the distant mountain ridge.
Looking in the direction of the sound, they saw it came from an area of particularly lush vegetation within the ridge. Judging from the noise, it sounded like trees being smashed apart and collapsing beneath a ferocious palm strike.
