Appearance

The Cold Abyss Sword has a deep, shadowy blue blade likened to a cold current beneath the sea. Fine, dense patterns run along its ridge, while its restrained chill can lower the surrounding temperature. Its scabbard is likewise deep blue. 359 368

History

The sword was forged by an Eastern Domain sword-casting master and later offered by the Wanhai Chamber of Commerce. Its construction and array patterns were advertised as capable of bearing Great Accomplishment Sword Intent, making it a prized weapon among Sea Breaking Realm sword cultivators. 355 359

Su Yu pursued the sword because his Dustless Sword could no longer reliably bear his growing True Essence, Sword Intent, and multiple True Intents.
