Anjing Zhen had no idea what Tokai Teio was thinking, but it felt like she had agreed to the race schedule he and Kitasan Black had decided on.
These plans had originally been meant for his trainer's log, to be submitted to the Student Council afterward.
Since he had already made his thoughts clear and Tokai Teio had voiced her approval, he simply explained it to Kitasan Black while they ate dinner together afterward.
Kitasan Black had been enthusiastically telling Tokai Teio about that day's training when she heard about the Heavy Track training and the plans for the second half of the year. She froze for a moment, then became even more excited.
"Training with so many amazing seniors?!"
Leaning forward toward Anjing Zhen despite herself, she asked delightedly, "Really? Then I can race with them too, right?!"
As she spoke, her face had practically moved right in front of Anjing Zhen's.
Amused, Anjing Zhen casually pressed a hand to her forehead and pushed her back, then nodded.
"I thought I'd made it pretty clear just now. Your next race is the Takarazuka Kinen, held at the end of June. Rain is common around then, so Heavy Track training is necessary to begin with. I've already arranged the relevant training.
"But we definitely can't find such a luxurious lineup of training partners on our own.
"So my idea is to accept Emperor (Teio) President's suggestion and take part in this special training arranged by the Student Council."
Seeing Kitasan Black nod excitedly again and again, Anjing Zhen smiled, then turned thoughtfully toward Tokai Teio.
"As for whether they can race together... Emperor (Teio) President, there should be a practice race, right?"
"That won't be a problem. It was part of the special training to begin with."
Tokai Teio nodded
