Xuandu and the disciples of Western Teach had both arrived. Yet Haotian still had not seen any sign of the Saints themselves.
He had ascended as the Heavenly Emperor, yet the Saints had shown him so little respect, merely sending disciples in their stead? Haotian was somewhat displeased. The attitudes of those Senior Martial Brothers were far too obvious.
"Dispense with the formalities. Please take your seats, Martial Nephews!"
Haotian buried his dissatisfaction deep within his heart and welcomed the disciples of the two sects with an unchanged expression.
Human Teachings had only Xuandu, so the arrangements were simple. Western Teach, however, was different. Looking at the Spiritual Fruits on the banquet table, they seemed as if they had never eaten anything good before, their eyes fixed greedily upon the fruits.
