Background / History

Wushen was among Zheng Wuyou's earliest dream companions, alongside Yuan Ling and Miao Laisheng. She survived a first nightmare in which a poisonous mushroom nearly killed her, returning to reality frightened but physically stable. 41 336

During later discussions of the dreams, Wushen identified an NPC from her first dream as Lu Wu: a human-faced, tiger-bodied, nine-tailed spirit capable of summoning wind and rain. Her account helped Zheng Wuyou connect the dream NPCs to the Classic of Mountains and Seas. 335 336

After settling in Nanting Alley, Wushen remained part of Zheng Wuyou's core group. She initially contributed through practical observation, warnings, and combat support with a folding spear. 343 345

Before the operation against the Business School, Wushen chose a reward that enhanced her other senses at the cost of her eyesight.
