Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Tier 1 246 Comparable in realm to an ordinary True God. Even at this level, its soul attacks make an ordinary True God without a soul treasure unable to contend with it.
Tier 2 246 337 Comparable in realm to Giant Axe and capable of tenth-tier limit combat power. Under normal evolution, more than 30 million Tier-2 World Beasts emerge from one billion initial births.
Tier 3 246 337 Comparable in realm to an Ancestor, with eleventh-tier attack power. Slightly over 900,000 are expected to emerge from the Tier-2 population.
Tier 4 246 337 Possesses an eleventh-tier realm and twelfth-tier combat power. Nearly 30,000 may arise through continued mutual slaughter.
Tier 5 246 337 Possesses a twelfth-tier realm and thirteenth-tier combat power. More than 800 may emerge from the Tier-4 population.
Tier 6 246 337 Possesses a thirteenth-tier realm and fourteenth-tier combat power. More than 30 can emerge before devouring one another further.
Boundary Beast King 246 342 The final survivor, with combat power exceeding the fourteenth tier. It can nurture endless Tier-6 World Beasts and is declared by the Supreme Rule once no other World Beast remains.

Origin and Nature

World Beasts are creatures nurtured by the Destruction Origin, the force opposite to the Primordial Universe’s life and creation. Their emergence threatens Micro-Universes and Holy Universes alike: they consume universe origins as nourishment and can force the Primordial Universe itself to transform into origin and hide. 246 310 311

They are born with a hundred-thousandfold genetic template, though their full genetic potential is stated to awaken only after one becomes a Boundary Beast King. Their high life essence and Destruction-Origin power give them an inherent advantage over ordinary Cosmic Sea lifeforms. 246 319

World Beast power is fundamentally incompatible with divine power and is described as qualitatively superior. When an ordinary True God clashes with it, divine power is consumed at an unsustainable rate; mechanical-flow treasures do not remove this disadvantage. 246 317

Appearance

Observed World Beasts in the Cosmic Sea include pitch-black, two-headed, one-eyed monsters surrounded by a malevolent black aura. Some can produce numerous monstrous arms in combat. 246 249 323

  • Eyes and heads — A known specimen, Moro Sa, possesses two heads and a single eye. 248 323
  • Black aura — Their bodies emit evil black currents and rays used when targeting Micro-Universe origins. 310 331
  • Massive bodies — Bedi, a Tier-5 World Beast, is described as over one hundred million kilometers in size. 332
  • Extreme durability — Their bodies are compared to Supreme Treasures in hardness. 249

Behavior and Society

World Beasts possess high intelligence but are not naturally cooperative. They can sense one another’s locations across great distances, yet cannot directly determine each other’s strength; their communications are therefore filled with deception and falsehood. 323

Their species is governed by a brutal survival cycle. One billion World Beasts are born together, but only one is destined to survive and become the Boundary Beast King. Mutual devouring is both their primary means of evolution and the reason most World Beasts avoid confronting unknown members of their own kind. 337

They regard Cosmic Sea lifeforms as food, while World Beasts who leave the Dim Land often seek Micro-Universe origins to restore strength or advance. 310 322 323

Abilities & Skills

Destruction-Origin Power

World Beast power opposes divine power and carries an advantage in quality, allowing lower-ranked World Beasts to threaten stronger conventional cultivators. 246 317

  • Ordinary True Gods require soul treasures to reliably resist a World Beast’s soul attacks. 246 317
  • A force of more than ten thousand World Beasts can collectively produce an attack comparable to the thirteenth tier. 246
  • A Tier-5 World Beast using Destruction is assessed as roughly equal to three Void True God-level commanders. 332

Devouring

Devouring is central to World Beast survival, recovery, and evolution. They consume both rival World Beasts and the origins of Micro-Universes. 310 315 336

  • Absorbing Micro-Universe origins restores World Beast power and can advance its tier. 315
  • Draining a Micro-Universe’s origin causes natural disasters and mass death within it. 315
  • Devouring a powerful rival’s corpse can supply the origin needed for a major advancement. Moro Sa expected Bedi’s corpse to carry the accumulated origin of more than one million ordinary World Beasts. 336
  • The destruction of Micro-Universes also serves as a means to comprehend the Path of Destruction. 345

Soul and Will Attacks

World Beasts possess exceptionally powerful soul attacks and defenses. Their internal Worlds can shelter their souls, making direct enslavement or will-based attacks more difficult. 246 317 336

  • Their attacks can incapacitate or annihilate ordinary True Gods. 339
  • World Beast Warriors are likewise stated to be immune to soul- and will-targeting attacks. 345
  • Bedi resisted Chen Hao’s enslavement attempt by mobilizing the power of its World to protect its soul. 336

Mobility and Survival Techniques

The following techniques are specifically documented on Moro Sa. 249

  • Body Division — Creates a clone capable of delaying an opponent while the main body continues Devouring a Micro-Universe’s origin. 249 310
  • Blood Burning Method — Burns power to temporarily raise combat capability. 249
  • World Light Channel — A life-saving escape technique that can carry a World Beast away even under suppression from a domain-type treasure. 249 324

World Beast Warriors

Boundary Beast Kings can nurture World Beast Warriors by consuming origins and refined treasures. Finished treasures are more useful than raw materials because their completed Law Secret Patterns benefit the nurturing process. 345

  • Standard World Beast Warriors possess Eternal True God-level combat power and can reach the Eternal True God limit through the Destruction Law. 345 373
  • They are capable of coordinated attacks, making large formations exceptionally dangerous. 373
  • Elite World Beast Warriors can reach Saint rank; Moro Sa’s elite force later numbered over one hundred thousand. 432 448
  • Ordinary World Beasts remain important battlefield assets because creating each World Beast Warrior requires immense energy. 381
  • Tier-1 World Beasts have a small chance to comprehend the Slaughter Origin through killing, potentially becoming Slaughterer World Beast generals. 381
