Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light Tathagata was the Buddha and founder of one of Buddhism's seventeen branches. He had two followers, Sunlight Illumination Bodhisattva and Moonlight Illumination Bodhisattva, and ruled over the Eastern Pure Lapis Lazuli Buddha Kingdom. By a twist of fate, he had once formed a karmic bond with Qi WuHuo. Later, in pursuit of a realm beyond complete enlightenment in Buddhist Dharma, he had willingly entered nirvana and departed.
