Elsewhere.
Within the time-space of the Space Turbulence Layer, Luo Feng and Hegus stood facing each other. Inside their domains, the Space Storms had calmed considerably. Outside the domains, however, it was basically pitch-black, without a trace of light. Within that darkness, there were only endless chaotic storms, tearing even light apart.
Hegus glanced toward the Primordial Chaos Space, then withdrew his gaze. "They've already begun. It seems your side is probably no match for them. But I know you won't let it distract you."
Hegus smiled. Clearly, he still wanted to use this to shake Luo Feng's resolve. The more anxious Luo Feng became, the greater Hegus's chance of killing him.
Luo Feng's perception was not as powerful as Hegus's, and he knew little about what was happening within the Primordial Chaos Space.
However, no matter what was happening outside, the most important thing for him was to kill or suppress the Hegus before him. Hegus's attempt to affect him was doomed to fail.
Even if the true bodies of all eight of them perished, as long as he killed this Hegus, everything could be cultivated back—including those treasures, which could likewise be reclaimed.
Luo Feng said nothing more. He had already activated the Star Tower with all his strength. Vast amounts of Space Power spread from his body into the surrounding space, and the Suppression Domain completely suppressed the time-space here.
At that moment, Hegus also sensed the peculiar spatial aura within the Star Tower.
The Void Refining Dragon Bone seemed to have been refined by Luo Feng's treasure.
"Hmph. Everything you have will be mine. Let me see just how strong you've become." Seeing that Luo Feng was preparing to attack, Hegus snorted coldly. Centered around him, the surrounding space seemed to be naturally influenced by him.
