Endless Cultivation

More than a year later, Lei Dong and the Queen of Pain returned to the Void Fortress in low-key fashion. Lei Dong had basically become a homebody, spending every day cooped up at home cultivating.

The trip to the Crystal Ancient Race's sacred grounds had brought Lei Dong a tremendous haul. The vast quantities of Chaos Crystals and other Chaos resources had made him suddenly rich.

Most of those resources were very useful to Lei Dong. The only thing he had no use for was Chaos Divine Wood. So he had the Queen of Pain and Canglan Fairy slowly sell it off, trading it for an equally abundant supply of Chaos Crystals and a large quantity of Heavenly Spirit Stones.

The Heavenly Spirit Stones were, of course, meant to activate a new Cave Heaven Blessed Land. It was the so-called Sacred Domain of the barbarians, where only the most exceptional among them could cultivate.

After the Netherworld God had been devoured by Lei Dong, the Sacred Domain naturally became his. He had Tai Ming accompany him there, and easily took possession of it.

With such immense resources and a Cave Heaven Blessed Land, Lei Dong naturally planned to focus on cultivation and turn all those resources into power.

Besides some talented Nether Giants and Butterfly People, Lei Dong also secretly summoned his own personal troops to the new Cave Heaven Blessed Land to cultivate.

For decades, this army had been helping the barbarians fight the Allied Forces of the Three Realms. Though they had suffered some losses, they had made great strides in both experience and strength. They had also reaped a bountiful harvest of spoils. Since they had no use for the other spoils, they traded them with the barbarians and received a huge number of souls in return.
