A cold voice came from within the sealing formation. The enormous ball of light immediately collapsed inward, and the Eye of the Heavenly Dao broke free of the formation and shot away at top speed. The eye, which had been utterly emotionless, now inexplicably showed traces of panic.

A ferocious, beastlike roar rang out without warning in the hearts of all the living beings of the Primordial World. Every creature suddenly froze. From the mighty beings to the untransformed spirit beasts, they all lost control of their bodies in an instant and collapsed to the ground. Streams of power rose from their bodies, forming rainbow-colored beams that stretched across the sky and connected to the Eye of the Heavenly Dao.
