All the civilians of Fish-Man Island who weren't imprisoned had just been summoned here by Hody.
The crowd watched from above, packed shoulder to shoulder as they looked down at the king and the three princes, chained to the execution platform.
They had been hanging there for two days, without food or water, suffering torment day and night.
At the entrance to the plaza below, surrounded by cliffs, Hody emerged with his officers.
At the sight of him, some people on the cliffs clenched their fists and glared angrily at Hody, while others sobbed quietly, their tears staining the collars of King Neptune and the others.
They were powerless to resist, but there was no doubt that nobody supported Hody.
