Streak after streak of lightning split the sky, while raging winds and torrential rain battered Water 7. Suddenly, the boundless clouds began to swirl like a black hole, then slowly tilted and formed a colossal figure.
She raised her enormous head and slowly rose to stand between heaven and earth.
Her three thousand strands of flowing hair hung like an inverted waterfall of stars. Her palace dress and ribbons danced wildly in the wind, while the vast, pitch-black halo behind her seemed to encircle the entire world.
This was an enlarged version of the Goddess of the Heavens.
She was formed from the dark clouds that filled the entire sky.
She radiated a grandeur fit for gods and demons, as if she could pluck the sun, moon, and stars from the heavens with a casual gesture.
Everything within sight was part of her.
All of Water 7 lay beneath her shadow. Her body of rolling black clouds was bathed in lightning as she commanded the wind and rain.
Huge!
Impossibly huge!
The residents and pirates of Water 7 all stared up, dumbstruck and unable to think as they took in the sight.
It looked as though a single slap could cover the entire city.
"A god!"
"It's a god!"
Countless residents fell to their knees.
Even some of the most vicious pirates were trembling on the ground.
"W-What is that?!"
For hundreds of miles around Water 7, across a thousand miles of ocean, every pirate ship and merchant vessel stared at the city in terror.
Even from so far away, they could see the Goddess of the Heavens wreathed in lightning.
"That direction looks like Water 7."
"Damn it, change course at once!"
"What kind of monster is that? We're not going to Water 7. Get us out
