In the Lantern Fish's third stomach, Chaos and the other two fell down through its esophagus.
Looking at the pyramid-like ruins in the center of the island, Chaos quickly spread his Observation Haki throughout the entire area.
Chaos remembered that when Asier had first appeared, he'd disguised himself as a baby dinosaur and survived by sticking with the dinosaurs.
But after years of eating meat, he'd turned into an overweight middle-aged man.
"There he is."
At the foot of a rocky cliff on the island's western side was a dinosaur nest.
Several adorable little dinosaurs were dozing. One of them looked tattered and worn, but slept even more soundly than the real dinosaurs.
The air whistled as Chaos, Kuma, and Ivankov appeared, hovering in midair with Geppo.
Ivankov and Kuma hadn't noticed anything unusual. It was just a nest with a few sleeping little dinosaurs.
They hadn't noticed Asier, who was hiding among them.
Jingle!
Chaos casually waved his hand. The golden streams flowing from the rotating golden halo behind him reached out and lifted Asier, who was fast asleep, right out of the nest.
The whole nest of dinosaurs woke with a start.
Roar, roar, roar~
Several little dinosaurs roared at Chaos and the others. Their youthful voices and tiny, adorable bodies packed a powerful dose of cuteness.
The sudden sensation of being lifted into the air woke Asier too.
He even let out a dinosaur roar.
After being stranded here for so many years, Asier had learned the languages of many animals on the island. He was truly a genius.
It was hard to imagine a human learning to speak dinosaur.
And fitting in with them so completely.
"Huh! Humans!"
Asier snapped out of his daze. He stared at Chaos and the others, eyes wide with excited disbelief.
