Tsuru pushed the door open and entered, looking grave.
Kong set down his quill as he worked through the paperwork and looked at Tsuru questioningly.
"We've confirmed that the Roger Pirates and the Richest Group have clashed. Gol D. Roger is already fighting the Gold Emperor."
Tsuru handed Kong the intelligence report and continued, "I've already notified Garp, Sengoku, Zephyr, Sakazuki, and the others."
"Why did this happen so suddenly?"
Kong frowned. Before this, the Richest Group and the Roger Pirates had had no connection whatsoever, let alone any grudges.
But pirates were all ruthless villains. Sometimes, all it took was one wrong look for a fight to break out.
It was practically commonplace!
But the Richest Group and the Roger Pirates were on a different level from ordinary pirate crews and factions. They wouldn't go looking for trouble without a reason.
"It must be over the Poneglyphs!"
Tsuru had already guessed why the Roger Pirates had clashed with the Richest Group.
