The Obsidian King didn't even get a chance to catch his breath before sonic booms rang out in the air.
"Get lost!"
The Obsidian King's face flushed, veins bulging as he gripped the halberd tightly. He swung it like a weapon, sweeping through everything in his path and knocking away the blades, spears, swords, and halberds flying at him one after another.
The whole scene was filled with savagery.
One word.
Brutal!
"Phew~"
Chaos watched the Obsidian King approach, exhaling a ring of smoke. A hint of admiration crept into his contemptuous gaze. He had a soft spot for tough guys, especially those who fought head-on with hot-blooded ferocity, throwing punch after punch and radiating raw masculinity.
But!
With a light flick of his finger, the blades, spears, swords, and halberds clashed and sparked, forming Chains of Heaven that circled like a swarm of snakes. The Obsidian King's expression tightened.
He wasn't afraid of a head-on fight. His defenses spoke for themselves.
What he feared was a soft approach.
Chaos's strategy was simple: overcome strength with softness.
Normally, he would have liked to see just how tough the Obsidian King was and how many of his attacks he could withstand.
After all, there was a real sense of accomplishment in defeating someone head-on.
But this was a critical moment. He didn't have time to waste.
"Damn it!"
The Obsidian King did his best to dodge, but there were too many Chains of Heaven. There was no way to avoid them all.
One Chain of Heaven coiled around him like a python. Then a second, then a third, wrapped around his body. A tremendous constricting force followed, and the Obsidian King's face began to turn red.
But he wasn't some pushover!
Clink, clink~
The chains rattled as they wrapped around him.
