As expected, Dr. Dorian didn't disappoint. He'd not only dramatically increased the dosage of the original treatment, but also prescribed a new drug.
The newcomer who'd helped keep the church's population at four was clearly an unfamiliar face.

People had to be reasonable. Compared to last time, his appearance really was much more horrifying.
