Though they'd been ambushed without warning, Mask seemed to be in good spirits. He clicked his tongue as he sized up the monster, whose legs had been broken but who was still strenuously crawling toward him.
Of course, with its face beyond recognition, there wasn't much information to be gleaned.
"Staff member. Possibly even a junior supervisor."
Even so, Mask was quick to sum things up.
"After all, he had a private office."
The corpse was wearing a researcher's uniform, so Mask's assessment clearly had some merit. The only problem was that his dry joke fell flat; none of the team seemed inclined to humor him.
The only sound in the room came from the expressionless Red Dragon shifting a cabinet, preparing to repeat the trick and pin this one down, too.
"Death Watcher, what do you think?"
Mask stayed composed, like a leader should. Seeing that no one was giving him the time of day, he called on someone by name.

Now, in response to Mask's question, he pondered for several seconds, then nodded with a serious air.
"Not a bad figure."
Clearly, his assessment was even more shocking than the sudden turn of events. For a moment, no one said a word.

"Honestly, a little thin, but the proportions are good."
