Promoted to Major, he began training with Zephyr for the Three-Army Martial Arts Tournament, while his hidden powers drew the old admiral’s suspicion.

• Loi Amos accepted Antoria into the Detention Unit, defeated him, and began recording Devil Fruit abilities while building strength and resources through the Marines.
• At G-51 Branch, Loi uncovered the Marines’ involvement in Nysmal’s slave trade, teamed up with Alan to free the captives, and killed Manager Mantar and Colonel Aster.
• Loi stole the Celestial Gold from Arashit Island as the masked Rooster, defeated Lan Li, and earned a promotion to Major while Navy investigators pursued the Twelve Zodiacs.
• Loi’s Rain Summoner persona negotiated with King Cobra to expose Crocodile’s plot, bring rain to Alabasta, and bait the mastermind with an offer to stay at the palace.
• Loi returned to Alan’s village, supplied its people, and agreed to train Alan so he could search for Keli and potentially join the Twelve Zodiacs.
• Loi went with Smoker to train for the expanded Three-Army Martial Arts Tournament, where Zephyr tested him and was shocked by his Wave Fist and apparent lack of Devil Fruit powers.

Luo Yi refused to leave the Detention Unit, accepted Zephyr as his disciple, and began training in Black Body Flow while his Dragon clone took over Baroque Works and defeated Crocodile. After sailing out with his Marines, Luo Yi clashed with Ace and Hanafuda, ending the stretch as a huge monster emerged from the smoke.

• Zephyr offered to make Luo Yi his disciple and recommend him to administer the Detention Unit, and Luo Yi accepted while choosing to stay and reform the unit.
• Dragon defeated Baroque Works’ assassins, revealed the truth about Crocodile to Vivi, and offered Nico Robin shelter and information about the Poneglyphs.
• Dragon defeated Crocodile with a giant wave and a frost-and-magma attack, then took control of Baroque Works and assigned its agents new tasks.
• Zephyr began Luo Yi’s Black Body Flow training by sending him into the deep sea, where Luo Yi endured crushing pressure, faced Black Snakes, and began sensing Haki.
• Luo Yi left Marine Headquarters with Fal and Hans aboard the refurbished warship [Loy (Luo Yi Amos)] and encountered Ace’s Spade Pirates.
• Luo Yi’s attacks overwhelmed Ace’s fire and damaged the Spade Pirates’ ship, but Hanafuda’s fleet arrived and struck the Marines’ warship with stray shots.
• Luo Yi froze Hanafuda’s fleet and followed with a flame-and-shock-wave attack, then returned to his warship as a huge monster emerged from the smoke.
