"Exactly. Even now, we still can't guarantee that we wiped Hydra out completely. And if a Skrull successfully replaced someone in Hydra, then the Skrulls could very well have taken control of all of Hydra outright!" Steve nodded with a grave expression and said in a low voice.
"If that's really the case, then the ones taking action this time probably won't include any Skrulls. After all, the Skrulls wouldn't send their own people to die for nothing. These should just be brainwashed Hydra members, or subordinates planted within Hydra's hidden forces and acting under orders..."
However, even though Steve said that, neither he nor Tony Stark stepped forward to say anything about telling Carol not to kill too many of them. Because from the moment these people had started attacking Nick Fury, their identities had already marked them as no good.
