"This?" Seeing that Ron was not facing him at all, Brayden could not help frowning. For a moment, he could not quite figure out what exactly was going on with Ron.
Forget this place being merely a Darkness Domain—even if it were a Dark Dimension, it still would not be possible to know the thoughts and exact situations of every living being inside it, unless that being had been born from the Dark Dimension itself.
"What? That's enough to scare you? You seem just a little too weak." Ron waited for a long while without Brayden attacking him. He slowly shook his head and said with some emotion, "You went through all that trouble to advance to Sub-Skyfather level, at least. Don't tell me you're tired after hitting me a few times?"
"Arrogant brat! In my mind, you're already even more annoying than that damned Saiyan!" Hearing Ron's words, fury flashed in Brayden's eyes. His figure vanished from where he stood once more, but he did not reappear in front of Ron to launch an attack, because he wanted to test what exactly was going on with Ron.
"Whoosh!"
The next moment, a dark wind blew toward Ron's body. Ron frowned, and a faint layer of ki gathered around him, forming a Ki Barrier that blocked that gust of dark wind.
But it was obvious that the dark wind was not Brayden's true means of attack. It was only Brayden's opening probe against Ron.

Almost at the same time, streams of Dark Energy blasted toward Ron's location. The threat was so great that even without strengthening his perception, Ron could still sense it.
Because if he were struck by so many streams of Dark Energy at once, even he would not have an easy time of it.
